The Housing Authority of the City of Hannibal has been servicing the need of the community since 1970. We are committed to providing quality, affordable housing and human resources that promote self-sufficiency in a community environment that is a safe and secure place to live. The Authority actively seeks diversified, safe, sanitary and decent housing for all low and moderate income families. The Authority also administers the Section 8 Housing Choice voucher program existing housing programs within the city limits of Hannibal, Missouri.
